Description

Become the man, husband, and father God created you to be.

Brought to Bear is a 12-week men’s formation cohort led by Daniel Grose of Honest Fatherhood and Noel Fenderson of Dangerous But Good.

Most men were never shown how to lead themselves, love their wives well, raise children with purpose, and carry the weight of responsibility in a healthy, God-honoring way. Instead, many find themselves stuck between passivity and pressure, knowing they were made for more but unsure how to get there.

This cohort is designed to help you build a biblical identity, establish a clear mission, and develop practical rhythms that strengthen every area of your life.

Over 12 weeks, you’ll receive teaching, coaching, accountability, and actionable tools to help you grow spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and relationally.

Starts July 8th, 2026 @ 7 pm cst (all calls will be at this time, each Wednesday)

What You’ll Receive:

• 12 weekly teaching modules
• 12 live cohort calls with Daniel and Noel
• Weekly implementation assignments
• Small-group accountability and brotherhood

**Commitment & Refund Policy**

Because cohort spots are intentionally limited, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

When you enroll in Brought to Bear, you are reserving a seat that could have been offered to another man. We keep cohorts small to ensure meaningful interaction, accountability, and coaching, which means each participant’s commitment matters.

Before registering, please carefully consider your availability and commitment to the program. Once enrolled, you will receive lifetime access to the course content, resources, and recordings, regardless of your level of participation.

We are committed to giving our best to every man who joins, and we ask each participant to make the same commitment to the journey.

Why We Designed Brought to Bear?

Most men were never taught what biblical manhood truly looks like--or how to grow into it. Brought to Bear is a 12-week intensive designed to help you build a biblical identity, establish a clear mission, and develop the practical habits needed to lead yourself, your marriage, your family, and your life well.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long is the cohort?

The Brought to Bear Cohort is a 12-week intensive designed to help men build a stronger foundation in their identity, mission, marriage, fatherhood, and leadership.

How much time should I expect to invest each week?

Most men can expect to spend approximately 2-4 hours per week between video lessons, implementation exercises, and live cohort calls.

What if I miss a live call?

All teaching content and live calls will be recorded and available for replay. We encourage live participation whenever possible, but you won’t fall behind if you miss a session.

Is this a course or a coaching program?

Both. You’ll receive structured teaching through weekly lessons, but you’ll also participate in live coaching calls, discussions, accountability, and practical implementation with Daniel, Noel, and your fellow cohort members.

Will I have access to the content after the cohort ends?

Yes. You will receive lifetime access to all course materials, recordings, resources, and supplemental content included in the program.

Who is this cohort for?

This cohort is for men who want to grow as husbands, fathers, leaders, and followers of Christ. Whether you’re newly married, raising children, leading a business, serving in ministry, or simply wanting greater purpose and direction, this cohort is designed to help you become the man God created you to be.

What if I’m not married or don’t have children?

While much of the teaching focuses on marriage and family leadership, the principles of identity, mission, discipline, leadership, and biblical masculinity apply to every man regardless of life stage.

How many men will be in each cohort?

We intentionally keep cohorts small to create meaningful discussion, accountability, and personal interaction. Space is limited.

What makes this different from other men’s programs?

Most men’s programs focus on information. Brought to Bear focuses on formation.

Our goal is not simply to teach you something new. Our goal is to help you become someone new through biblical truth, practical application, accountability, and brotherhood.

What beliefs is this cohort built upon?

This cohort is unapologetically Christian and grounded in Scripture. We believe a man’s identity is rooted in Christ, that men are called to lead, protect, provide, and serve, and that true transformation comes through the work of the Holy Spirit and daily surrender to God.

What if I don’t feel qualified or ready?

Most men who need this cohort feel exactly that way.

You do not need to have everything figured out. You simply need to be willing to learn, grow, and do the work.

The goal isn’t perfection.

The goal is progress.

What happens after the 12 weeks?

Our desire is that every man leaves with greater clarity, stronger convictions, practical tools, meaningful relationships, and a plan for continued growth long after the cohort ends.
