Billing & Payments: Your subscription will be billed automatically based on the frequency you select. Payments are processed securely, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with each renewal.

Shipping: Freshly roasted coffee is shipped directly to your door on a schedule that fits your preferences. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise in your plan.

Changes to Your Subscription: You can update your coffee preferences, delivery schedule, or payment information anytime through your account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Pausing or Canceling: Need a break? You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time without penalties. Just log into your account to make changes before your next billing cycle.

Refunds: Since our coffee is roasted to order, refunds are only offered in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
