There are seasons when a man needs more than another lesson to watch. He needs space to tell the truth about where he is, someone willing to ask hard questions, and a plan for taking faithful steps where it matters most.

Brought to Bear Private Coaching takes the same 12-week foundation as our men’s cohort and walks through it one on one with Noel Fenderson. We’ll work through identity in Christ, vision, discipline, leadership, marriage, fatherhood, communication, and legacy. We’ll also spend time on the specific responsibilities and struggles you’re carrying right now.

This is for the man who is ready to do the work but would benefit from a private setting and personal guidance. You do not need to have your life figured out before we begin. You do need to be willing to show up, be honest, and put what you’re learning into practice.

The journey

We begin with identity and vision, then work through strength, discipline, wisdom, leadership at home, family culture, communication, fatherhood, and legacy. The framework gives us direction; the private calls give us room to address what is happening in your life.

This is a commitment to formation. You’ll have teaching and a coach beside you, but the work happens as you follow Jesus and put these things into practice at home and in daily life.

Details

How is this different from the group cohort?
The teaching framework is the same. In private coaching, each weekly call is with Noel alone, so the conversation, assignments, and accountability can focus on your life and circumstances. There are no group calls.

Who is this for?
Men who want to grow as followers of Christ and take greater responsibility for how they lead themselves and love the people entrusted to them. You may be navigating a particular challenge or simply know it is time to grow with greater intention.

Do I have to be married or have children?
No. Marriage and fatherhood are part of the Brought to Bear framework, but identity, mission, discipline, relationships, and leadership apply across life stages. We will focus the private work on the responsibilities you actually carry.

What happens during the weekly calls?
We’ll discuss what you’re learning, what happened as you tried to apply it, where you’re getting stuck, and the specific step you’ll take before we meet again. You’ll have room to bring real situations into the conversation.

How much time should I set aside each week?
Plan for the 60-minute call plus time to watch the lesson and do the assigned work. The current group program estimates roughly two to four hours a week overall; your private work may vary with the goals we set. 

Is this counseling or therapy?
No. This is coaching and discipleship focused on growth, responsibility, and practical application. If you need clinical mental health care, we can talk about involving a qualified professional alongside this work.

What if I miss a call?
We’ll agree on a recurring time before starting. Calls can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Missed calls without notice count as completed.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (up to 5 during peak times). Standard (3–7 business days), Expedited (2–3 business days), and Overnight options are available and calculated at checkout. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping is available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout (typically 7–21 business days). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes. Some items may not be eligible for international shipping due to carrier or customs restrictions.

Shipping Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, contact us at info@dangerousbutgood.com with your order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout - orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. Gift cards, sale items, and custom products are non-returnable. To start a return, email info@dangerousbutgood.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or product? We offer exchanges—email info@dangerousbutgood.com with your order number and exchange request. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item at no additional cost.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us. Once an order ships, it can’t be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Why We Designed ?

Some men are ready to grow, but what they’re carrying needs a more personal conversation. They may be working through a difficult season in marriage, questioning who they are beyond their roles, or trying to lead well while feeling stuck themselves.

We designed Brought to Bear Private Coaching to give those men room to be honest and do the work with someone walking alongside them. You’ll follow the same biblical framework as the cohort, but our weekly conversations and practical steps will be shaped around your life. For 12 weeks, I’ll help you face what’s in front of you and take faithful steps toward the man God is calling you to become.
